Zeens & Roger Crochet Podcast. Episode 38

Crikey, this episode was certainly a labour of love! Lots of takes, lots of splicing, but finally we’re there! And oh, god, I’ve just watched some of it to make sure it processed OK and I missed a very rude word. I usually edit out any naughtiness but totally missed an F-bomb. I’m so sorry but I just cannot be arsed to go through the whole rigmarole of exporting again. It takes about two hours and I have reached the end of my tether. I hope you can forgive me….please?

The stripey sweater pattern does make sense as written – if you are doing it exactly the same, but you changed the stripes for your sweater. You were still working in the same colour as in the main body of your sweater but in the pattern the yarn has been cut and a new colour is started for the arm hole shaping row. That’s the difference between getting a funny loop and not – cutting the yarn before doing the shaping.

Aha, you clever woman! I hadn’t considered that. Just going off on my merry way as usual πŸ˜‚. I’ll have to take back my words next episode, grovel a bit, and beg for forgiveness 😝
Have you made it? I’m near the finish line!

Just watched my first you tube video of Zeems and Rogers , found it confusing in the first couple minutes. You seem unorganized , confused and rattled – not a successful way to run a business. Definitely not focused – you got distracted . Just some helpful suggestions ; make a detailed, step by step list , get everything ready before you start videoing and stay focused . If you have to write what you need to say so you’re not searching for words and be Mindful of body language . Hope this helps and that you will apply it . If you are serious about your business – then , get serious. I haven’t been crocheting long so I watch a lot of self help videos . Hope you have a blessed day.

From reading your comment, I can conclude that I am not for you. Please go and find somebody else that you can enjoy watching. I won’t be changing any time soon. I am not a business, I am a person. Be mindful of what you say. How about you ask yourself if you genuinely believe your patronising criticisms to be helpful?
Yep, definitely not your cup of tea. Hope you find what you are looking for.

I knitted a hat once. It didn’t fit and I had to leave the rib unsewn so I could get it on me head. So frustrating! I hope yours does fit. Xx ps my C2C project yarn came today, so looking forward to doing this! X
